Basil Plastiras, has over 30 years of experience as a trial attorney, expert witness, mediator, arbitrator, and real estate broker.


Property Manager

Jodi Azevedo, REA - With over 15 years commercial property management experience, and over 20 years office management and accounting experience, Ms. Azevedo's accounting knowledge combined with her supurb people skills, provides our customers with the one of the best property managers in the North Bay. Ms. Azevedo received a degree in business administration and accounting from Sonoma State Univerity.


Agent

Martin Perlmutter - Martin has a wide ranging real estate background, with over 30 years of experience in private and governmental real estate. His real estate experience includes having worked in a variety of positions for the U.S. General Services Administration, as its Assistant Regional Administrator in Regions 2 and 9, and as a leasing agent and property disposal officer until his retirement. Among his accomplishments was the sale, in 1985, of Hamilton Air Force Base for $45 million. At the time it was the highest price GSA ever achieved for the sale of a single property. He received an award in recognition of this achievement from GSA. In addition he has worked as real estate agent for and was a Partner in Orion Partners Ltd. for 15 years until its demise in 2010; as a residential real estate agent for Merrill Lynch Realty and Prudential California Realty; and as a real estate consultant to various private clients. Martin was appointed a Commissioner to the Marin County Library Commission and is a member of the Board of the Community Institute for Psychotherapy (CIP).


Environmental Specialist

Eva Kissova - Eva was born in Slovakia. She came to the U.S. after having won a Green Card in a lottery. She arrived in San Francisco with her Green Card and just a few dollars. She had only one contact in the Bay Area who took her in. Eva studiously learned English. After 9 years, by dint of hard work and applying herself assiduously she has managed to acquire property, earned a Master’s Degree in Environmental Management and has been working for Parkway Properties for the last nine years. Working for Parkway Properties she has been entrusted to apply her knowledge and her passion for recycling, for renewable resources and for everything GREEN. She pursues this calling religiously and is now working on obtaining LEED certification. In her spare time she does ice dancing. With her perseverance and determination she’s assured of success.
